After an initial in-house behaviour consult, select one of our result based training packages which include a number of training sessions (dependent on package), all quality training equipment supplied, on-going support via phone, email and Facebook plus loads more. Build a rock-solid relationship with your dog and have a ton of fun while doing it.

Disaster to Delight offer 6 result based training packages dependant on you and your dogs requirements. During the initial in-house consultation I will observe not only the dogs behaviour but also the dynamics of the family and what the dogs role in the family. After the observation period of around an hour we will sit down and discuss my findings to determine the best package for your individual situation.
A behaviour questionnaire providing valuable information about the dog is required to be completed a minimum of 2 days prior to initial consultation. It is advised to allow up to 1.5hrs for initial consult and have all people present that reside with the dog, including children.

Positive Pup

Fantastic Foundations
Do you have a puppy aged 4 months or older? Have you just finished (or missed) puppy school and wanting to continue your foundation training but maybe feeling a little overwhelmed? This program provides the tools and knowledge to set solid training foundations that shape a well mannered and respectful dog. Imagine owning a young dog that asks to go potty, walks loosely on a lead, knows place at home and does every cue first time, this is no longer a dream it is a reality.
Dream Dog
Do you want your dog to be well mannered, a good family dog? A dog who knows the house rules and respects them without constantly nagging them? They might not need to be a show dog or an obedience competitor but they do need to listen to you in any situation. This program will teach your dog to reliably sit, stay, come when called, go to place plus more – the essentials for a well-mannered family dog. Your family and friends will be impressed with how well behaved your dog is!
Ultimate Companion
Do you want just a little more than a good family dog? Do you want a dog that is great at home but one you can take anywhere and they make you proud? Well mannered, off lead, focused on you and responsive to your every move? The Ultimate Companion Package incorporates the Dream Dog basics plus meeting strangers and new environments. This is the program if you want a dog to be your ultimate companion, to go everywhere with you and be by your side.
Rescue Rehab
Have you just rescued a dog from a shelter? Thank you and congratulations! Is your rescue withdrawn and not interacting with you? Are they scared, some signs like growling, soiling themselves or destroying the place trying to escape / hide? The Rescue Rehab Program will help understand what your rescued dog may be experiencing and will provide you techniques required to gain their trust. We will instill some basic training foundations to shape a trusting and well-mannered rescue.
Crazy to Calm
Is your dog barking, lunging, pulling or screaming towards other dogs on walks? Do visitors send your dog into a crazed lunatic or hiding under furniture? If it’s a dream walk, not a nightmare you require or if just the sound of the doorbell chiming and your dog not reacting is all you want, this is the program for you. The Crazy to Calm Program helps dogs with reactivity issues. The things you dreaded like walking the dog or a friend popping in will now be things you’ll be excited about.
